All that the Lord say we will do.

Ex 19:3 God spoke to Moses out of the mount.
Ex,19:4-6 God instructed Moses to take a message to the people. The message was "you saw what I did to the Egyptians" "If you will obey my voice and keep my covenant" then shall you be a peculiar treasure unto me, above all people"
Ex 19:7 Moses told the people what God requires of them,
Ex. 19:8 all the people answered together, "all that the Lord hath spoken we will do"
Ex.19:9 Moses relayed the answer of the people back to the Lord.
There really was no need for that because God already knew the answer. These people were so sure that they in their own strength could obey the Lord. In our own strength we cannot resist temptation.

God's favor toward Israel had always been conditional on their obedience. At the foot of Sinai they had entered into covenant relationship with Him as His "peculiar treasure. . . above all people."
