I am The Lord thy God
Look how many times these expressions are repeated.
Is. 43:3 "For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee." (Lord, meaning "YHWH", God: "Elohim"), notice that saviour is mentioned too.
Is. 43:7 "Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him." (Which name: Elohim? YHWH?)
Is. 43:10 "Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me." (Lord: YHWH)
Is. 43:11 "I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour." (Lord: YHWH) notice that saviour is mentioned too.
Is. 43:14 "Thus saith the LORD, your redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships." (Lord: YHWH; Holy: qadosh) notice that redeemer is mentioned too.
Is. 43:15 "I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King." (Lord: YHWH) notice that Creator and King: mālaḵ.
Is. 43:16 "Thus saith the LORD, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters." (Lord: YHWH)
Is. 43:25 "I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins." (Here it is mention that HE forgives our sins)
Is. 44:6 "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God." (Lord:YHWH) Again, King, Redeemer. Also, "beside me there is no Elohim."
Is. 44:21 "Remember these, O Jacob and Israel; for thou art my servant: I have formed thee; thou art my servant: O Israel, thou shalt not be forgotten of me." (God our Creator)
Is. 44:22 "I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, thy transgressions, and, as a cloud, thy sins: return unto me; for I have redeemed thee." (God who forgives our sins)

Re: I am The Lord thy God
It's a figure of speech like "till the end of time."
It's not that there is an end of time, but it conveys the idea of endless continuity. God (Jesus) is from everlasting (Micah 5:2) and until everlasting (Heb 13:
