a prophecy of Christ? Empty a prophecy of Christ?

5 And now, saith the Lord that formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob again to him, Though Israel be not gathered, yet shall I be glorious in the eyes of the Lord, and my God shall be my strength.

Is this talking about Jesus?

It seems to be, also v 6: 'I will also give thee for a light to the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my salvation to the end of the earth.' And v 8 (Paul quotes in 2 Cor 6:2) and 9.

Confusing though, the 'I said', (v 4), followed by 'saith the LORD' (v 5), where it seems the LORD is ascribing Isaiah as the light to the Gentiles. In that time Isaiah was the light to Israel at least, and he then faithfully wrote the prophecy which had its fulfilment in Jesus, yes??
