Isaac and Rebekah and Jacob and Rachael

29 And Rebekah had a brother, and his name was Laban: and Laban ran out unto the man, unto the well.

Is this the same Laban, the father of Rachael?

Jacob married his cousin?

I figured out from Gen.11:27-30 and Gen.22:22 that Rebekah and Isaac were not first cousins. Abraham's brother Nahor, had a son called Bethuel. Bethuel was the father of Rebekah. So they were cousins, once removed on one side. Isaac married his cousin's daughter in other words.  I think we will read more about Laban later

It seems strange and a sin  this days to marry your sister or cousin. But it seems to be done.
