Gen. 21:22 ¶ And it came to pass at that time, that Abimelech and Phichol the chief captain of his host spake unto Abraham, saying, God is with thee in all that thou doest:
People acknowledged that God was with Abraham always even though he was faithless sometimes for fear to what men could do to him because of his wife.
By the way, how old was Sarah since she was beautiful to the eyes of Abimelech?

wasn't she 65? I don't know where I got that from...a beautiful 65 year old? hmm maybe to a 85 year old...

look at these references:
Gen. 18:11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age; and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.
Gen. 18:12 Therefore Sarah laughed within herself, saying, After I am waxed old shall I have pleasure, my lord being old also?
So in a previous chapter, it is 18, she was old and well stricken in age... then also waxed old...
