God of many gods

11 Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

Does this mean there are other gods, and the Lord is the greatest of them all?

I think that there is no other god LIKE HIM neither before him nor after. Yet, gods are mentioned in the Bible as beings, entities, powers worshiped by heathen nations who had theses gods represented in images, statues, etc. like in this verse the sidonian Ashtaroth comes up along with Baal:

Judg. 2:13 "And they forsook the LORD, and served Baal and Ashtaroth."

yet there is no god as the LORD

Is. 43:10 "Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me."

Is. 45:5 "I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me."

Is. 43:11 "I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour."
