As this prophecy was fulfilled after the 70 years of the people of Israel in their captivity in the Babylonian empire, still there will be a fulfillment in a future time at the second coming of Christ when the Spiritual Remnant (144 000 of Revelation 7) shall be delivered forever

Is. 10:22 "For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness."
