why the hebrews don't eat jacobs thigh
32 Therefore the children of Israel eat not of the sinew which shrank, which is upon the hollow of the thigh, unto this day: because he touched the hollow of Jacob's thigh in the sinew that shrank.
Notice it is not any sort of ceremonial uncleaness or blessing that the Hebrews avoid eating the hollow of the thigh, but merely for remembrance in which God met a man face to face.
Should it be like this for communion? To accept there is nothing special about the bread and wine except they are a memorial of when God presented Himself to man face to face, and man killed Him, but He rose again?

It seems to be for remembering the wrestling between God and Jacob.
