Esau's new wife

Esau listens to the blessing Jacob gets again and to the command his father tells Jacob that he would not take a wife from the daughters of Canaan. Immediately he goes and gets a new wife to please his father, but it was too late. He should made that decision even before marrying the first time.
Gen. 28:8, 9
"8 And Esau seeing that the daughters of Canaan pleased not Isaac his father; 9 Then went Esau unto Ishmael, and took unto the wives which he had Mahalath the daughter of Ishmael Abraham’s son, the sister of Nebajoth, to be his wife."

He should made that decision even before marrying the first time. I agree.
